ANDREW

I'm just a father and a husband who wanted to protect the ones that he loves. I have over 35 years of martial arts training in 11 different arts. Most of that focuses on self-protection.

Professionally, I'm ex-military, ex-Engineer, and my focus has been on helping people get past the trauma of an attack and making sure it never happens again. It's been a passion to help non-fighters, non-martial artists live free from fear.

I do this because nobody should be afraid to walk to their car alone. Nobody.

EMILY

Hi, I'm Emily. I'm not a martial artist and I don't have the time to be one. These are skills that anyone can learn, and then take to their job or to the park, or anywhere, to feel safer, more confident, no matter what.

Violence comes in so many shapes. I believe in this system because it contends with ALL of them. The narcissist, the bully, the physically violent.

​

The mental skill sets are life changing. They should teach this in schools. I wish they had. Now, I know what to do. No matter what happens, I can be confident, I can act, and I can be safe.

I want to you to be safe too.

BRANDON

The world is full of bullies, and I hate bullies. Some bullies use words, some use violence. Its your choice if you’d like to be a victim, or a VICTOR. Here are resources to be a VICTOR.

I’ve studied a variety of martial arts since I began practicing at the age of five. I trained with my dad constantly and used my sister as a practice dummy.

I’m in the military and can’t train with Dad as much as I’d like, but many of the mental tools taught here are useful in the workplace, especially a highly stressful and demanding workplace. 

The physical techniques here will work. It won’t be pretty. There will be pain. You may have to use them to defend yourself or someone you love. What do you want to be? A victim? Or a VICTOR!!

COURTNEY

Hi, my name is Courtney. I'm dad's quality control guru. That's a fancy way of saying, "It's my job to tell dad all the things he's doing wrong." And what Brandon isn't telling you is that he wasn't the only guinea pig. You're welcome, Brandon.

I'm a nurse. If you are too, then you know the environment. They teach us some skills but they just aren't enough. We need to be confident at work and at home. Mostly, I use the mental skill sets, especially when communicating under stress, but it's nice to know the physical skills are there just in case.
